Additionally, a chemical-resistant urethane is available to protect against challenging conditions encountered in severe environments.

Cup pigs

Cup pigs also known as unidirectional pigs, typically consist of 2 or 4 cups attached to the steel mandrel. They are primarily employed for segregating dissimilar fluids like gasoline and heating oil. These pigs are utilized for assessing the dimensions of the pipeline before introducing the product into the pipeline. They fulfill various purposes such as light cleaning, line filling, dewatering, and batch separation. In applications requiring short-distance batching and dewatering, cups made of neoprene/nitrile rubber are commonly used.
